I purchased the black Dansko Merrin clog in a size 11.5-12 (42). I wear an 11 W and this shoe had enough width and toe room to accommodate my foot comfortably. I had to wear one of my thinner pairs of socks. It’s not clear from the description, but the buckle is not functional. The buckle is decorative and the strap closes with velcro. There is no elastic in the strap at all. I did keep the shoes as I wanted a casual pair that was easy on and off.

I love Dansko! The fit is perfect! I ordered the Olive. Wonderful shoe and so comfortable! I just ordered the Black as well!

I like the style and it should be very comfortable but my arch is very high so it was too tight to comfortably get my foot in. Have had tge same problem with the last several pairs I’ve received from Dansko. Will be returning b try another brand.

Color different from the image. And it was bigger than usual size 39 that I’ve been wearing from Dansko for many years. Also, the shoe is flimsy — the suede started folding and sinking almost right away, and the toes picked up every scuff in sight. Not the quality I expect from Dansko, especially for the price.

I usually don’t leave reviews. This shoe was comfort right from the start. Lower than other Danskos, could tighten the strap easily with the Velcro, wore all day and no problems for my old feet. I wear 39 in all other Danskos and got 39 in these. Fit perfect.

Very comfortable on my very sensitive feet. I typically wear either an 8 or 8.5 (38 or 39). In these, a 38 fit perfectly.

These are fantastically comfortable and cute. Easier to wear than the regular clogs for someone like me who needs a little cushion under her feet. I bought the olive green and immediately ordered the tan after trying them on. They are that good and I hope they keep offering them in other colors.

Shoe fit amazing. I have no complaints. I did return because I realized in Wisconsin winters, open back shoes are not a wise idea. During the other times of the year I want my feet to be free in sandals!

Fit very nicely. Leather is soft and beautiful. Love the low profile of the cork footbed; much easier to walk in these compared to the traditional Danskos.

These are fantastic. Dansko doesn’t always fit me well but these are PERFECT. The velcro strap — also perfect. I have a bunion and there’s zero pressure on my foot, footbed is perfectly shaped, leather is soft & zero break in required. Footbed is similar to Birkenstock in terms of support. Has a bit of a heel which I wanted (as much as I wish I could, just can’t do more traditional wood sole clogs). The cork sole is perfect for me & wearable when a lot of walking is required. These are my go to spring shoe — I got black with brown strap and am finding it works with a ton. These shoes are way cuter and youthful than the product photo suggests…

These shoes are wonderful. They’re comfortable and fit true to size. I’m only returning them because I ordered multiple Dansko styles to try on and I can only keep one; the decision was hard though, because these are lovely!
I do wish that the photos had indicated that the strap on this shoe is fastened by Velcro with a faux buckle. I was not expecting this, and I personally prefer a real buckle.

Clogs are comfortable especially if one has the misfortune to have Haglund’s Deformity. The back trap can be adjusted so as not to rub against and aggravate the heel of the foot.

These are my new shoes for air travel. They are easy to get off/on for going through security. They have excellent arch support and the cork sole is comfy. The seamless style means no rough spots to cause pain. They run large. I normally wear a 38 or 39 in European sizes. I had to go down to a 37 in these and still have room for relatively thick socks.

Great fit and comfortable right out of the box. I got the black leather and while a bit shiny, I like the contrast with the brown strap and cork bottom. I have wide feet and these fit great! I’m usually a size 7 and got size 37.

My new favorite pair of shoes. These are the most comfortable Danskos I have ever worn and I have had many pairs over the years. I like the little bit lower heel than the traditional professional clog.

Love these! It’s a quality croc! They are a little heavy, and almost on the tall side and I’m not crazy about the Velcro strap- but they feel excellent and worth the money. Burnished suede does scuff easily, not sure what to don about that.
