Beautiful leather quality, comfortable for walking and waterproof!

These are beautiful boots and I’m grateful they came in a size narrow. Both zippers work. My only problem was that they rub the outsides of my ankles enough that it’s really going to hurt.

I love these boots! They’re easy to get on and to take off because of the zippers on both sides of the boot. They are wide enough to accommodate my feet even with socks.
I’m so glad that they are waterproof.

The boots were a little narrow in the front but too wide overall. They’re good for the rain but not very stylish.

Have not worn them yet but the size 10 and narrow is perfect!

These shoemakers have changed their sizing. All the large sizes feel a full size smaller across all the brands. So disappointing.

They look nice but aren’t fitted enough for my preference, and I also didn’t like the skinnier heel. I could tell the heel was skinnier from the photos but I didn’t like how it affected my stability once the shoe was on.

These boots had the best arch support of any of the boots I have tried, and the heel height and toe box were very comfortable, and accurately described. Unfortunately I have to return them, despite these positive aspects, because the heel is so wide that my foot slips about 1 inch up and down with every step I take. I do not think it would help to get these in a narrow width, because the toe box width is perfect in the medium. Too bad there is such a mismatch between the toe and heel of the boot.

I can’t wear anything with a heel anymore, so these were a nice find. Initially a bit tight around the ankle, but after wearing for a couple of days, seems fine now. Double-Zippers are fantastic. Boots look nice and go with everything. David Tate is the boot brand with which I have always had the best luck. For reference: Low Arches with overpronation, High Instep, Wide Width, Wide Calves, shoe size 11W.

I bought these for an early spring trip to London and Scotland, so I was looking for waterproof and warm. I first ordered a 9 because I wanted to be able to wear thick wool socks with these, but a 9 was too large, even with socks. I reordered an 8.5 and this seems to be perfect. I have only given these boots an overall 4 stars simply because I haven’t been able to test what I bought them for -waterproof, warm and comfortable for a full day of sightseeing. I can update later once I have a better idea. For now, I am a true 8.5 and even a 9 in Brooks Ghost sneakers, so I would recommend not sizing up. I have a normal width foot and I have a neutral foot when it comes to fitting athletic shoes. I like how it looks with jeans, leggings and even a casual dress, so for now, I feel like these are exactly what I was looking for in a boot for travels. It isn’t fancy or high fashion, but seems to be sturdy and will provide great support for the streets of London and Edinburgh.

it was a tighter 9.5 than I was used to or expecting. I think the real problem is the sole. Its waterproof, so I was looking for a low heal, stylish, dress boot to wear out and about in cold/rain. And if it’s wet out, that boot is going to send me sailing across the pavement or cobblestones. Even though it has ridges, there is zero traction in that sole. its slippery even on dry carpet. Its also very hard, not soft or pliable, which i think is half the battle with a sole for wet ground, it needs to grip the ground, not slide across it. For this price, I’m surprised at the terrible material. I cannot say if it is waterproof, as they are going back after try-on.

The material is soft and smooth to the touch.

Fabulous! Finally, I find a Winter boot that is stylish AND properly fitted. David Tate is now on the top of my “go-to” list.

Very comfortable and easy to walk in. Good arch support. Insole can be removed and replaced with orthotic. Not waterproof, unfortunately.

I bought a size 7-1/2 Narrow. The length was true to size and so was the width in the instep. The heel width, however, was too wide as I was able to walk right out of them. The comfort and style were great.
