Really cute shoes but the insole isn’t removable so they had to go back. I could probably pull it out (glued in) but I didn’t want to ruin the insole!

I ordered my normal size, but this shoe was a little spacious. Also, the outer sides were a little high and would rub against my ankle bones.

It is a beautiful shoe. While the fit and size were excellent, the fact that the heel is very narrow makes walking precarious, with a tendency for the ankle to roll over.

My heels slipped when I put in my orthotics. I’m thinking they would stretch too much with the elastic on both sides also. Super cute shoe! I wish they had fit.

Such a cute shoe with a very wearable heel but the canvas was so hard and unyielding that I couldn’t push through the discomfort.

I really love the look of these shoes and I wasn’t sure about the fit. I sometimes need a wide for a bunion. The 8 1/2 W turned out to be too long so I am returning and got 1/2 size shorter. They fit! They had a small area on the inside edge that irritated but I used a nail file to smooth out. David Tate makes really good shoes. Not too matronly looking for this old lady! Thanks Zappos for the easy return.

Overall the fit was true to size, width and the art support moderate. Like most people one foot is larger than the other and because of that the left shoe was not a good fit. My toe was touching the tip of the shoe and I knew that that would make the shoe uncomfortable to wear so it was best to return.

These are cute but run very tight through the toes and they run a good 1/2 size smaller than what they are marked.

I ordered a 1/2 size up due to pointed toe. I did need a thin heel pad but I loved them so much I immediately bought another pattern of the same shoe. They felt so supportive and comfortable. Great insole.

I loved the shoe but it was not true to size. I needed a whole size larger. Dent back for refund, it does not come in larger size.

Good fit and love the style. There’s just something about embroidered shoes I love. – The shoes feel a bit stiff and will take some breaking in. Otherwise I am pleased!

One shoe was much bigger than the other and even if the fit had been okay, there was a plastic thread or something under the “tongue, and it was irritating to even try the shoe on. Reordering to try another pair.
