I always wear 8 AA so ordered that size. I loved the style, looks even better on. But they were short and too tight. I ordered a 1/2 size larger. I hope that works out because I love the look of these!

I am returning because of the quality. Noticeable missing crystals (1/4 to 1/2 inch) on one of the toe straps. i also didn’t like the fabric covered heels which I could see on the photo. I was planning to wear to an outdoor event and I’m afraid of water damage.

I originally ordered these in a 10M – they were too long and too narrow. The 9.5 W seems like it will work (I won’t know until I actually am in them all night – which won’t be for a few weeks). But I like the look and where the band hits on my foot, and the heel is more elegant than a flat but still short and wide enough to comfortably walk in

Originally ordered Wide as is my norm. They came and were more like a B. Reordered with as a WW and they were the perfect width The shoes I kept were than and why the ratings are all a 5 Star. Prime Amazon Prime and Zappos are a good match.

Shoes were too tight/too narrow, even though I ordered them in wide width. The fabric is dressy enough for a formal affair and I think they would be comfortable if they were wide enough.

I could no t even get my foot into this shoe to try it on! Way to narrow and I don’t usually wear a wide shoe. Thank goodness the other shoes I ordered were perfect and fit well. These are going back.

I have wide feet and high arches, but this shoe in my size did not have a Wide width, so I ordered Medium. The shoes are too tight and the cut at the top dug into my foot. The footbed is too narrow, so my toes hung over the sides in front. There is zero cushioning in the footbed, and no arch support. Cute shoe for the right size and foot type, but not for me.

This shoe was way too wide for my foot around the ankle, it only had three holes in the strap and even if I added more I don’t think the shoe would have stayed on my foot, which is very flat, so I should have known better than to try and order a sling back style. It looked pretty and when you wear a size 12 you hold out hope that it will fit. I guess I could try a 12 narrow but I’m not sure that would do the trick.

I am usually a 9.5 wide (New Balance and others) but in dress shoes I have often ordered the 10. I ordered this shoe in both 10W and 10double W. Neither worked.
With the 10 W, while no arch support (wasn’t really expecting it with a sling back), allowed my heel to slip to inward side of the heel (on bot feet). It was something in the way the shoe was shaped that allowed my heel to slip.
The sling back strap also did not tighten enough on either pair.
So while I liked the way these shoes looked, I cannot keep them, since comfort comes first.

While the size/length was fine, the space for your toes to slide into the shoe wasn’t very roomy and I could not get my foot all the way into the shoe without it mashing down across my toes.
